We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are for any reason not completely satisfied with your item, simply return it to us for a full refund . Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging ( not worn or used). All parts and accessories must be included in the return.
We have the right to deduct an amount if the value has been diminished by the customer handling goods beyond what is necessary and that what may be reasonably allowed in a shop.
If in the unlikely event, your item is faulty upon receipt, simply return it to us , once we have confirmed the fault, we will offer a replacement only. Refund will only be given, if no further stock is available. Refund will be made in full ( including all postage costs ). If item returned is not found faulty, no refund will be given and product will need to be collected, at customer's costs.
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the date of delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they have been received by us using appropriate protective packaging. You must not delay return of the goods and should send them back of when you have informed us to cancel your purchase.
Refused Deliveries :
Please note Parcel Force charge £12 for Failed/Refused Deliveries.This will be deducted from the original purchase price upon refund.
